Radix was selected as the top of mind company in the category for “Corporate Compliance” during its fifth edition of the International Compliance Congress. Radix compliance officer, Fábio Lopes, also received the award for Compliance Officer. Hosted by Legal Ethics Compliance (LEC), during the ceremony, companies and legal advisers discussed industry challenges in the upcoming years, focusing on compliance and the impacts this can bring to the country. These awards came after Radix received more than one thousand votes from the public. Radix Compliance Manager, Fábio Lopes, who received the awards, emphasized the importance of ethics and integrity in the business: 'Ever since the foundation of the company, ethics has been essential, so much so that the company’s values and visions are based integrity, transparency, ethics. This is also reflected whenever they seek business partners. They encourage their customers and suppliers to also set up their compliance programs and participate in important surveys such as this one. The award is an honor and shows that their good practices are being recognized.' The ceremony took place between May 9th-11th, in São Paulo, Brazil and saw representatives from legal advisors, to members of financial institutions, to governmental agencies, private and public companies to discuss successful cases, measures necessary to develop and implement a compliance program, and risk management.
