The "Radiola" trademark was used by Compagnie générale de la télégraphie sans fil (CSF) for radio receivers as well as for a radio station. In 1929, CSF transferred production of Radiola's consumer radio sets from SFR to Radiotechnique. As of 1979, Radiotechnique was a major manufacturer of electronics equipment, radio receivers and television sets under the "Radiola" and "Philips" brands.
