Questor was co-founded in 1995 by Jay Alix and Dan Lufkin. Jay founded AlixPartners, the industry standard in turnaround and performance improvement consulting firms. Dan is the legendary co-founder of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Questor grew out of a combination of Jay's turnaround management experience and Dan's capital markets expertise. Questor manages approximately $1.2 billion across two funds. Our first fund of $300 million, raised in 1995, is fully invested and harvested. In 1999, we closed our second fund with $865 million of equity capital available for investments worldwide. Our second fund is substantially invested and is in the harvesting phase. Since 1995, we have completed more than 20 acquisitions worldwide, with combined revenues exceeding $7 billion.
