Project Schedule Analysis Software

Project Magician develops affordable project management software designed for quick and accurate schedule analyses using long-standing criteria and best practices commonly accepted by the Defense Contract Management Agency, Government Accounting Office, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, et.al. to measure schedule effectiveness. Our first product, Project Magic Schedule Analyzer (currently available in beta form) is a Microsoft Excel-based add-in that uses proprietary algorithms to analyze individual and overall characteristics of a schedule file against project management best practices. The analyses are readily identified and displayed within Microsoft Project using links created for this purpose. In the Beta version of Project Magic, 82 criteria are implemented. Proprietary algorithms, combined with efficient design, result in class-leading data importation and analysis run times. Subsequent versions will allow comparisons between schedule revisions, storage of comparison results, and plotting of trends.
