PocketFM, a technology company, provides a mobile work management application to help users manage the maintenance of buildings and assets.

PocketFM is leveraging 6 years of high-end consulting within SaaS and FM software to launch a work management app that will plug a surprisingly large gap in the market. Based in the UK, PocketFM's SaaS product is primarily B2B. It was conceived to exploit real demand from SMEs worldwide, which is reflected by the eagerness of several well-known UK organisations to be part of the pilot. The global FM software (CAFM) sector is worth approximately £2.5 billion per annum, of which the SME market is worth an estimated £1.5 billion. Currently there is no off-the-shelf, SaaS CAFM product. This means that, in order to reap the cost savings and efficiency benefits of CAFM, SMEs are currently forced into expensive and time-sapping software implementations. PocketFM provides an immediate fix and will enable facility managers to become dramatically more efficient, save significant sums of time and money, and ultimately realise a return on investment of hundreds if not thousands of percent.
