We seek well-positioned companies in which to invest $10 million to $50 million of equity capital to support recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, corporate divestitures and growth financings. We invest across a variety of industry sectors, including business and industrial services, specialized manufacturing, and value-added distribution. Formed in January 2011 with a capital commitment of $250 million, PNC Riverarch Capital is an affiliate of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and represents PNC's continued dedication to serving the middle-market.
