Platter helps cooks share ideas in the simplest format - photos. But unlike Instagram, we reveal the creative process behind the pictures. First, cooks tag their dishes with ingredients. This means we can find ideas for the whatever is in your fridge. Cooks also tag cookbooks and suppliers. This makes us an open platform for food discovery. Our aim is to be the world's social graph of taste - the place home cooks go for ideas and the food brands go for data.
