Pinot Trading, a Bulgarian corporation.

Pinot Trading was originally established in 2003 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria by the Dimitrov family as a distribution business for household goods and manufacturing of metal machinery for food and perfumery industries. In 2007 the Company was taken over by Kristian Dimitrov and Atanas Michailov, who together saw the opportunity to exploit the price fluctuations and stock availability gaps created in the EU electronics distribution market. Indeed, the freedom of goods movement within European countries, price discrepancies across different EU countries, and different stock availability/request across the various EU member states, opened trading opportunities for Companies that could quickly purchase stocks in a EU country where there was an overstock situation (and therefore price reduction) and move it quickly to a EU country (or non-EU) where there was a stock demand (and a price premium).
