Peoples Bancorp, a financial services holding company, delivers advice and personal services as well as an integrated suite of services.

Peoples Bancorp was organized in December 1997 by the Bank for the purpose of owning all of the capital stock of the Bank upon completion of the Conversion. Immediately following the Conversion, the only significant assets of the Company will be the capital stock of the Bank, that percentage of the Offering proceeds retained by the Company and the loan to fund the proposed ESOP.
