The books are categorized under various sections: fiction, chemistry, story, computer science, engineering sciences, art, mathematics, children and youth books, music, medicine, natural sciences, education, philosophy, physics and astronomy, religion, travel, economy, social science, and more. The books can be found, read, and edited with marks and notes, using PCs, tablets, and smartphones. PaperC was launched in 2008 and is operated from Berlin, Germany.
