Owl biomedical, Inc. was formerly known as J2D BioMedical, Inc. The company was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Santa Barbara, California. As of April 23, 2013, Owl biomedical, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Miltenyi Biotec GmbH.
