Overdam (담넘어) offers social networking and services to assist youth with their dreams and future. It offers a social venture known as Beyond the fence. It is a social enterprise that also provides motivation and networking opportunities through events Overdam is also focused on youth employment. It is currently focused on two projects which are History beyond the fence and Beyond the fence. Overdam was established on June 16, 2012. It was established by a group of high school students which includes Jeong Sung-won, the representative of Overdam.
