Our Innovation Fund, LP (OIFVC) is an Australian based Venture Capital firm that is focussed on partnering with exceptional entrepreneurs building world-class businesses. OIFVC invests in early stage businesses with innovative, high growth or disruptive technologies or business models with demonstrated market demand. The firm’s Founders, Geoff Levy AO, David Shein and Jerry Stesel, its Partners, Investment Committee members and Investors are made up of some Australia’s leading entrepreneurs and business builders. The team has significant investment, funds management, operational and strategic experience across multiple companies, sectors and geographies. We are sector agnostic and invest at the seed stage ($250k - $1m) through to Series A ($2m - $5m) where a product/market fit has been proven and occasionally we will invest pre-product where there is a very compelling proposition. We also co-invest with other leading domestic and offshore VCs and strategic investors. Ultimately our firm is focussed on “Three F’s”: 1. Founders: we want to partner with people and businesses where we genuinely believe we can add value and will be proud to have played our part when they succeed; 2. Fund: we are focussed on generating attractive returns on the capital our Investors have entrusted with us; and 3. Fun: we want to back Founders that know how to have fun and celebrate success. We choose to back Founders that we enjoy working with. OIFVC is managed by Monash Private Capital Group, a boutique principal investment office with diversified interests across Australia and internationally.
