Orgaroo is a web application that helps people who coordinate to seamlessly organize itineraries, manage activities, and keep their attendees on track with real-time updates. If you're in charge of moving a team of employees from your department to a conference, meeting, or event, you've got a lot to think about: itineraries, flights, hotels, conference sessions, delayed or cancelled appointments, all these possibly different for each attendee and it can get tedious and confusing. Orgaroo (Google calendar on steroids) delivers automated reminders of meetings, maps of venues, and photos of the people to meet, to your team. It also uses GPS to locate participants and automatically turns agendas into calendar events.
