The Company’s objective is to generate an attractive rate of return for Shareholders, predominantly through capital appreciation, by taking advantage of opportunities to invest in the natural resources sector and operating the companies, businesses, projects or assets that it acquires. The Directors are responsible for carrying out this objective, implementing the Company’s business strategy and conducting its overall supervision.
