olopede is focused on the development of educational open source electronic kits that educate its users about fundamental electrical engineering concepts. olopede offers oloduino provides tools that focuses on teaching microcontroller-level programming for its users; Turing, a kit that is able to mimic the functionality of a Turing machine; Fungen, a function generator; and Amplifier that provides its users with amplify designs. olopede was founded by Josh Gordon and Zach Banks in May 2010. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
