They are a privately held company incorporated in 2005 with its corporate offices located in Irving, Texas and satellite offices located in Houston, Texas and Bloomingdale Illinois. The company was founded by four individuals with unique talents in the design and development of complex and customer-oriented business applications in 2004. Since then, the company has employed and built a team that has combined experience of over 35 years in providing technology and project management and software development services.
