Within a matter of 5 minutes, a small business owner can register and post a promotion that local consumers will easily find within the near9 web app. So when a consumer opens near9 and taps one of 9 categories, they can review promotions posted within, as well as, search other local businesses who may not be currently running a promotion. Imagine searching google for a quick lube auto service and and instead of listing all the matches, it lists those who are running a promotion first, then all the others. This is what near9 does.
