Nativy seeks to automize the entire process of ordering human translations, from hiring a translator within seconds to billing and payment.

Our key innovation is that we are not creating yet another marketplace for translations, but are automizing the entire range of services offered by a traditional full-service translation agency through our software, and are enabling each translator to become an “agency” or point of sales. Our software provides immediate quotes on price and delivery; order management; customer service; billing/payment; support in all file formats and systems; computer aided translation technology; and the ability for translators to work directly in client systems like SharePoint. Compared to translation agencies and online marketplaces – We offer a much greater level of automization, and highly accurate on-the-spot quotes on price and delivery for quality translations. Our clients include Siemens, Thyssen Krupp, Pewag, Wiberg, City of Vienna, Schärdinger, Ministry for Agriculture, Austrian chamber of Commerce, Seekda and many other small and medium sized companies. We envision cooperation with all types of IT systems that have a multilingual aspect, like online shopping solutions where users want to sell in different languages. One example of successful cooperation is our ongoing partnership with Seekda, a software that enables hotels to sell their rooms through different sales channels. Nativy offers a direct system-solution to Seekda, whereby hotel managers can write room descriptions in Seekda’s internal system and also directly hire translations from Nativy for these systems from within the internal system. In January we launched our new software that allows each translator to operate as his/her own agency, and already over 100 translators have signed up.
