National Auto Finance Company, Inc. ('NAFCO' or the 'Company') is a specialized consumer finance company engaged in the purchase, securitization and servicing of motor vehicle retail installment sale contracts ('Loans') originated by automobile dealers ('Dealers') for Non-Prime Consumers (i.e., borrowers with limited financial resources or past credit problems). The Company purchases Loans principally from manufacturer-franchised Dealers in connection with their sale of new and used automobiles.
