Mydream+ is a co-working space startup based in Beijing.So far there have been more than 10 MyDreamplus co-working spaces opened in CBD of Beijing, including Wangjing, Yonghegong, Baiziwan, Jianguomen, Zhongguancun and Huilongguan. Over 100 companies and teams, like Airbnb, Talks and so on, have been settled there. The Occupancy rate of those spaces is beyond 85%. There will be overall 18 spaces by the end of the year 2016, including Longhu Chanying Tianjie, Chaowaimen, Hepingli and so on.
