Musomap is an online mobile platform built to promote live local music. It allows users to promote upcoming events to a local audience, reach out to musicians and venues in their neighborhood, trade instruments and gear locally, and share their local music stories. Musomap members can create profiles, post updates, and make them available for locals to discover. They can post updates which are then shared on the map, in local email and across open social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and more. Musomap was launched in 2012.
