MUN IC invested 'smart money' with the aim to assist with start-up companies actively to coach and assist in defined areas. They are looking for outstanding entrepreneurial teams with promising business models and technology focus before or during the first institutional investors Round (Series A) . Usually they take part with private capital with a medium to high five figure sum. In addition, they assist in the broadening of a round of financing through their network of business angels, VCs and family offices. before and during the investment they do not remain passive. They work closely with the founding team and bring their know-how in the start-up companies. They can help in particular in the areas of strategy, operations, finance, financing, legal and tax. Behind MUN IC is a young group of seven angels with years of professional experience and a wide network in the areas of venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, M & A, Legal and Tax. Sometimes they ourselves are an entrepreneur or have already established.
