Investment Criteria We have a long-term investment focus and goal of creating great companies. We look for superb managers who have surrounded themselves with a strong team and smart investors. We look for leaders who are candid and self-reflective and, as a result, will create a similar culture in their growing organization. We prefer services (SaaS and other) to products, but will consider both. We prefer B2B to B2C, but will consider both. We seek scalable offerings that rely on great customer service and usability as core success factors. We seek companies solving a clear problem with a competitive edge. We like to see early and repeated customer acceptance.
