More than 500 ISPs and internet-related companies use the organization’s services, including national and regional operators; hosting companies; content providers; and corporate, academic, and educational networks. The distributed switching infrastructure of MSK-IX interconnects 11 telecom facilities in the city of Moscow. Moscow Internet Exchange was founded in 1995 and is based in Moscow, Russia.
