We provide health, life, commercial, renters, home and auto insurance in Memphis, Knoxville, Nashville and surrounding areas in Tennessee. Morat Insurance Services, Inc. was established in 1951, as a small 'in home' agency by Bill Morat, founder. With just a table, phone and a file cabinet in his bedroom, Mr. Morat started writing insurance in the Life and Health market, and then later branched out to the property and casualty division, specializing in auto and homeowners and offering to his clients low monthly installments. Mr. Morat is retired now and his daughter, Jan Morat Henderson (left), a licensed agent since 1981, is President and runs the agency, the same way her Dad taught her over the 35 year period that they worked together.
