Matching developers and companies

Their product is a recommendation service around companies. They match you with like minded people to find companies that fit. E.g. introvert developer who despise J2EE, loves Scala and hiking would get different recommendations from someone who wants well-defined job roles, bigger teams and ok with servlets. Even if both of them are Java engineers in NYC. The old model where companies push data through job sites does not work anymore. They flip it. Pull instead of push. Collaborative filtering.
