Mobivox attempts to allow users to have VOIP-style pricing and service via their existing landlines and mobile phones. Mobivox users upload their contacts through [Mobivox](http://www.mobivox.com) and then dial a local access number that voice dials the recipient; the caller pays nothing if they are calling another Mobivox member and only 2 cents a minute to most locations to non-Mobivox members.
