It uses videos, images, diagrams, and texts to provide in-depth training of key audio production concepts. The course provides individual and organizational memberships. It offers its services for training staffs and volunteers at conference centers, universities, houses of worship, bands, non-profit organization, and businesses that require knowledge of live audio systems. Mixcademy was founded in May 2013 and is based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
