Mitchell Humphrey & Co. is a software developer with a long-standing history of developing enterprise solutions based on a deep understanding of both the Public and Private sectors. Their end goal is to enable their clients to run their organizations more effectively. Mitchell Humphrey was founded in 1977 by Mitchell O. Humphrey. In 1999, Mitchell Humphrey employees acquired a controlling interest in the company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP. As Chairman of the Board, Mitch continues to provide strategic direction and guidance.
