The key components of the program are individualized classroom teams that consist of a student teacher a teaching assistant and tech person, competitive performance based pay, incentivized parent involvement, classroom supply aide, data informed instruction, professional development, evaluation, teacher cultivation, coaching, alternative learning teacher certification, developing unique funding opportunities for schools, teaching contest/competition and teacher centered marketing campaigns geared toward highlighting highly effective teachers.
