Customers can drag and drop files from any folder or iTunes; include about 15 to 20 songs; and personaolze it by writing and drawing all over the tape and blank cover. The company has shipped its tapes to over 40 countries, including Kazakhstan, Finland, and Japan. It has made tapes for various companies, including Converse, Universal Music Group, and Ogilvy. Milktape was launched in 2012.
