Micromiles is product developed by Idea Port Riga. Micromiles helps busy individuals striving to live a fulfilling life to make their personal and work-related goals and aspirations come true by enabling three key success factors: (1) clear goal & elaborated road map, (2) collaboration in positive atmosphere, (3) everyday productivity with reviews. To have a clear goal and elaborated road map, Micromiles offers you a possibility to define goals and their fulfilment criteria and to setup milestones. By enabling collaboration around the goals between colleagues and friends and offering opportunity to thank those who helped you, we provide a positive environment for achieving the goals together. Finally, we provide a polished activity management functionality to stay productive every day with an option to setup recurring activities with the checklists to run regular review sessions. This functionality is available for free use by the teams and individuals. Enterprise customers receive additional premium features such as own tenant (ability to have own database, UI custom wording, users and groups management), as well as support for advanced use cases: management by objectives, employee performance management and change of initiatives execution and team capability development.
