Mercene Labs is a technology startup company aiming to streamline and cut-cost in packaging, bonding and coating processes by bringing industrial epoxy to applications where it was not possible before. They offer 2 different families of products, OSTEMERs and OSTECoat Primers. The OSTEMERs are a new family of UV and heat cured thermoset polymers (also known as OSTE+) developed specifically for the requirements of lab-on-chip and microfluidics manufacturing. For the OSTECoat They are working with industrial partners in the furniture and flooring industries where They particularly target previously difficult to coat materials such as olefin plastics and melamine laminates. Their products are solvent-free adhesion primer that enables coating of traditionally difficult substrates or new types of materials.
