MELT.MEDIA RECRUITMENT has specialized in personnel consultation for the media, digital, and creative industries since 2007, and currently consists of the proprietor Asta Baumöller and a small sourcer team. Our constantly growing network currently includes more than 20.000 contacts. Almost half of our candidate pool came to us upon personal recommendation; which does make us just a little proud. Basically, anyone with proven expertise within the media, digital, and creative industries can apply for our candidate pool. After receiving the relevant information and documents, we decide on whom we want to include in our pool and usually conduct a first interview in a timely manner. Each candidate agrees, i.e. upon entry into the database (through acceptance of our Terms of Use), to secrecy and guarantees their information is correct. Our candidate pool includes permanent employment candidates, freelancers, and consultants, from entry level up to top management.
