Martin Dunitz Limited is a London-based publisher of medical books and journals. MDL was established in 1978 and publishes books and journals in the fields of medicine, dentistry and surgeryaimed primarily at specialists and trainees. In the year ended 31 March 1999, MDL published 45 new book titles and it has a backlist of over 250 titles. Books published cover a diverse range of medical specialities including cardiology, dermatology, haematology, neurology, oncology, psychiatry, radiology and sports medicine. Recent new titles have included Clinical Diagnosis and Management of Alzheimer's Disease, The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer Textbook, Panic Disorder and Atlas of Surgical Techniques of the Hand and Wrist.
