The Company was organized in March 1998 to create a leading food brokerage firm providing outsourced sales, merchandising and marketing services to Manufacturers. The Company acts as an independent sales and marketing representative, selling grocery and consumer products on behalf of Manufacturers and coordinating the execution of Manufacturers' marketing programs with Retailers. The Company's principal source of revenues is commissions that it receives from Manufacturers. The Company's other activities include managing private label programs on behalf of selected Retailers.
