Manos Accelerator focuses on providing startups and entrepreneurs with advisory services, business resources, capital, and support to develop their business ideas. It is focuses on both the United States and Latin American startups in the high-tech industry. Manos Accelerator facilitates training programs and workshops to educate entrepreneurs about industries and offers guidance and media opportunities. Their training program is for three months. Manos Accelerator takes 4% of the startups' equity stake. Manos Accelerator was founded by Sylvia Flores and Edward Avila in May 2013. And it is based in San Jose, California.
