The name came from our first customers, and their experience of founder and CEO Ian Hopkinson. Our interpretation of ‘mad scientist is: Mad – because to those entrepreneurs of Silicon Valley in 2009-10 the fusion of creativity, multimedia and social marketing know-how was way outside their experience.
