Company Description

Location decentralized (peer-to-peer) — NO cell networks, phones, wifi, bluetooth or maps required

The Company’s unique technology (“Meridian”) substantially reduces location data transmissions while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Meridian can be scaled across multiple implementations including hardware and software while serving as the basis for a location based cloud platform poised to disrupt the Internet of Things (“IoT”) space. LynQ’s initial market entry, LynQ One, embeds this Technology into a personal device that enables individuals or groups to locate each other up to 5 miles, anywhere under open sky. Independent of cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth networks or other infrastructure, LynQ One’s decentralized technology allows tens of thousands of devices to operate securely in the same place at the same time without inter-device interference. Our model includes B2B2C licensing ($1,600 lifetime value per unit), consumer sales with reoccurring revenue opportunities (initially targeting families) and government sales. Of 587 people surveyed, 63% would rent lynQ at $10 per day and 35% would purchase lynQ at $99 per unit while early results from use at betas increased buyer intent to 78% with an NPS of 69. Lynq's early customers include globally renowned organizations across ski, travel, special needs and disaster relief. A HAX Alumni, lynQ won the Target - Open House competition on demo day and has raised over $2m.
