LonoCloud is a cloud operating system to federate multi-vendor clouds with greater control of security, fault tolerance, cloud scale, and performance for migrating mission-critical applications to the inter cloud. It is partnered with HP cloud services and Amazon web services to facilitate its users with technology. LonoCloud is a U.S.-based company that was founded in 2011 by Tom Caldwell and it was acquired by ViaSat in 2013.
