LokalHouse is a real estate meta search and comparison tool currently in public beta. LokalHouse is a real estate meta search that enables people find all available real estate listings. People use it to find listings aggregated from multiple real estate listing sites and classified sites. LokalHouse also offers real estate predictive analysis (Housing price index, property value forecast, land rate estimation) to real estate investors, property development companies, asset management companies in India and other developing countries. At the moment we have the meta search engine working on www.lokalhouse.com and www.lokalhouse.in serving the Indian market. Over the next few months we will be making upgrades and also starting the Nigerian version of the meta search engine.
