LOA was incorporated in Rhode Island ('LOARI') in 1992 for the purpose of providing online and Internet related services.

LOA was incorporated in Rhode Island ('LOARI') in 1992 for the purpose of providing online and Internet related services. LOA is a Rhode Island regional competitive local exchange carrier ('CLEC') and information/Internet Service Provider ('IISP'). LOA currently provides a variety of internet solutions to both commercial and residential customers and they plan to include a full range of local telecommunication services, resulting in an ability to offer a complete menu of Internet, voice, data, video, and cable programming solutions to our customers.
