Indications we target include interstitial cystitis (also known as painful bladder syndrome), overactive bladder, and superficial bladder cancer. Interstitial cystitis is a chronic, painful, inflammatory condition of the bladder wall that affects over 1 million people in the United States. Its cause is unknown and there is no cure. Treatment options exist, but a majority of cases are refractive to existing therapies.
