Linx was founded in 1999 on the premise of investing in U.S. industrial companies, utilizing their human and capital resources in partnership with families, entrepreneurs and management teams to build businesses. The founding partners of Linx have worked together in various capacities for over 30 years and have collectively created over 30 such partnerships since 1980. The firm is managed by its four partners – Babette Henagan, Peter Hicks, Mark Niznik and Giny Mullins – the former two of whom have been working together in various middle-market industrial companies for over 30 years, and the latter two of whom have been investing in and advising industrial companies collectively for over 25 years. With the varied backgrounds of our partners, Linx is uniquely positioned to be a trusted, value-added partner in building American industrial companies.
