LightSpace Technologies has been developing its volumetric 3D display technology since 1996. At the first product generation, the DepthCube z1024 3D Display System, was the result of that effort. They have also developed a significant intellectual property and patent portfolio covering multi-planar 3D display architectures and implementations. The Second generation 3D volumetric imaging product development restarted at 2011 when EUROLCDS licensed exclusive use of all patented IP portfolio. New LightSpace Technologies team has been set-up and includes both in-house engineering expertise in electronics, liquid crystal display technologies and recognized experts from Texas Instruments DLP developer network.
