In May 2013, LEXX Technology Corp. acquired two large businesses in central Russia with a view to expanding its operations across the Pacific, as well as continuing to grow in the US. Owning 50% of the shares in Advanced Systems, a large electronics manufacturer, and 100% of its authorized distributor, RusInCom, LEXX Technology Corp. is able to actively engage in both the production and commercial side of the industry. This helps bring together the best practices in energy saving from both Russia and the USA.
