Users can record their reviews about films, showcase their favorite films on their profile page, rate and tag films they are watched, and keep track of movies they have watched in the past. Additionally, users can view what their friends are enjoying and keep a watchlist of films they would like to see. Letterboxd was launched in October 2011 and is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
