LendInvest is the UK’s leading marketplace platform for property lending and investing, and one of the country’s largest non-bank mortgage lenders. To date our investors have invested £1 billion in loans, helping to bring almost 4,000 new or improved homes into the UK market. In December 2016, LendInvest was named one of the Sunday Times and Virgin Media's Disrupt 10, a list of the ten most disruptive businesses in the UK; and in September 2017, LendInvest debuted at #37 in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100. LendInvest has completed multiple debt and equity investments since 2013, many of which are listed below, bringing its total assets under management to £500 million (Sept 2017). This includes the UK fintech sector's first Retail Bond that was listed on the London Stock Exchange after raising £50 million in August 2017. It also includes LendInvest's Online Investment Platform that manages over £120 million (Sept 2017) on behalf of individual and corporate investors.
