Leavetrack is online absence management software which allows companies to manage, approve and track their employees' holiday, sick leave and other absences. Leavetrack offers a number of features and benefits for organisations: Easy to use dashboard - All users immediately log in to their dashboard where they can see the status of their outstanding requests. Managers can also see requests from their subordinates. Reports - easy-to-use reports enable you to see who is on leave, both throughout the company and within individual departments. Leave requests - requests for leave show you straight away who else within the department is on holiday so you can make quick decisions to approve or reject leave requests Auditable - every request for leave and every rejection or approval is recorded and an audit trail is built of who made what decision and when Email notifications - you are notified by email when requests are made and when they are approved or rejected. Quick links mean you don't need to log in if you're happy to approve or reject the request from the email Easy account administration - upload your employees' details via a simple spreadsheet upload; their login details are sent directly to them. You can then add other employees simply and quickly. Leavetrack is web-based which means it can be accessed from anywhere and on any internet-enabled device.
